Dreaming Of...

There's nothing worse than waking up for an 8am and finding out that it's below 50 degrees. Ok, maybe there is, but this morning I especially hated it. As I slipped on my puffer coat, a pair of jeans and UGGS, all I could think about was my countdown to spring break... 9 days. So yes- you could say that I am dreaming of the beach. Here are a few of my favorite swim suits for the upcoming spring break... a terrible reminder to amp up my workouts!

Car Accessories

I finally got a car, and went searching for the perfect keychain as soon as I parked. My favorite online shopping site is Shopbop.com, so I started there. As I scrolled through the accessories page, my eyes didn't stop until I came across the Jonathan Adler section. He makes keychains?! I was so excited... there was no questioning, it went right into my shopping cart.

Dressing My iPhone

When it comes to my iPhone's case, I am very particular about my choice. I probably have a collection of 15 cases at the moment... I find ones I love, but then I get tired of them after a few weeks. Right now, my iPhone is "naked" so I am on the search! Here are a few of my favorites I've found so far.

What I'm Reading

Wow- it's been a while since I've posted. Getting back into the groove of school hit me more than I expected. But, as I mentioned in my previous post about my New Year's resolution, I plan on making room for some "me time" every now and then, and reading is a perfect fit!

Two of my teachers talked about the book "Grace: A Memoir" and how fabulous it was. I had been on the search for a good read, but it's always so hard for me to choose without a reference- which I didn't really have at the time. So, when I got home, I ordered it off of Amazon.com (I guess I really trusted them...) and when it came I read the first chapter immediately. So far I really like it. It's about Grace Coddington, former model and now the Creative Director at Vogue (and basically Anna Wintour's right-hand woman). It's really interesting to learn the background of someone so involved in the fashion world and how she got there, and she has a great sense of humor. Although I haven't finished it, I think it's worth a shot!
